Donated Leave Requested

Ms. Kathryn Woodman, Administrative Assistant/Recording & Archiving Specialist in the Music Department, will begin a medical leave of absence on or about May 29, 2026. Due to her short length of employment at UNA, Ms. Woodman will exhaust all of her accrued leave during this time.

If you are willing to donate leave to assist Ms. Woodman during her absence, please email Becky Price in Human Resources at rjprice@una.edu.

Leave may be donated in any full-hour increment and can be from sick leave, annual leave, or a combination of both. In your email, please specify the number of hours and the type(s) of leave you wish to donate. Please note that the maximum allowable donation from an individual employee is 80 hours per calendar year.

All donations are voluntary and greatly appreciated.
