EDBA Dissertation Defense – Marie Smith

You are invited to attend the public defense of an Executive Doctor of Business Administration dissertation on Monday, April 20th (9:00 am) in Raburn 305.

Marie Smith will present her work titled: Examining Employee Citizenship Behaviors. The Role of Leadership approach, Job Satisfaction, Trust, and Perspective-Taking. She will answer any questions the audience/committee has following the presentation.

Here is a brief summary of the work:
This study examines leadership and interpersonal factors influencing employees’ organizational citizenship behavior in service settings. The paper also looks at employee perspective taking as a critical driver of prosocial workplace behavior and offers practical guidance for developing this capability in organizations.
