Faculty Senate Emerging Leaders Program Application

The Faculty Senate Emerging Leaders Program is an initiative designed to cultivate leadership skills among faculty members, preparing them to take on significant roles within the university's shared governance structure. The program emphasizes practical leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ethical responsibilities of university governance, all aimed at fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and professionalism.

The program consists of monthly meetings throughout the academic year, with each session focusing on a key area of leadership and governance. The program will start in January of each academic year and conclude in December. Application deadline is Monday, December 15th.
