Guided Hike (for Faculty & Staff)

June was Great Outdoors Month, and in honor of it, RFW member and experienced hike leader Patrick Shremshock will be leading several 3-mile hikes along a paved TVA trail. These hikes are wonderful opportunities to get outside, connect with nature, and make time for movement, mindfulness, and overall well-being. Register for as many hikes as you’d like!
