Looking for females to participate in a research study. The study investigates how dehydration affects competitive driving performance, similar to F1, INDYCAR, and NASCAR. Participants would complete 4 visits to the Human Performance Lab on UNA’s campus. All scheduling is flexible.
Inclusion Criteria:
– Female 18-25 years old
– Recreationally active (exercise 150 min/week)
– Regular menstrual cycle
