Professional Development: Understanding Work Orders & Workplace Safety – On the Job Injuries Protocol

On Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at 9:30 a.m., please join us in the SGA Chambers (GUC Room 163) for an overview of key services and protocols within the University’s Facilities Planning and Administration department. Led by Kendra White and Kelly Rutherford, the discussion will cover the process of submitting and managing Work Orders and Event Work Orders, ensuring that staff know how to efficiently request and track services related to campus maintenance and events.

Additionally, Angela Zwissler will provide important insights into the University’s On-the-Job Injury procedures, including reporting and resources available to staff in the event of workplace injuries. This session is essential for ensuring staff are informed about operational processes and safety standards, contributing to a smoother, safer work environment.
