SNA Spring T-shirt Fundraiser for the Alabama Kidney Foundation

This t-shirt fundraiser will help benefit the Alabama Kidney Foundation. They have a kidney walk every Spring. This year it is April 25th and SNA will donate funds to support those battling this disease.
