Use of Online Booking Sites for University Travel

Reminder: Please refrain from using online booking sites such as Priceline, Expedia, etc. for University Travel. According to the State of Alabama Fiscal Policy and Procedures Manual (page 66):
“Travelers should refrain from utilizing online booking sites or agencies for their airline bookings. These vendors are unable to provide detailed booking information and itemized receipts, which is a requirement for reimbursement.”
